The content in this document has been made keeping in mind the general necessities required to become a staff member in any minecraft server. This document aims t0 provide the reader the knowhow to make a staff application. The readers are expected to follow the document at their discretion to make their application in good format. This document in no way claims to guarantee the acceptance of the applicant. The readers are entirely to blame if failure happens.

General Tips

• MOST IMPORTANT: Read the whole application message and make sure you follow all the requirements. Make sure you also follow the guidelines and directions given in the application message.

• Be honest and act yourself. Don’t be a fraud, it is easy to find out and it will affect your reputation severely.

• Your words should be your own. Copying from publicly accessible applications, AI generating tools, etc. do NOT help and are easy to catch.

• Use clear and concise language. One liners don’t go well at all where questions ask you to be descriptive. However, do not make it a verbal diarrhoea and walls of text.

• Grammatical skills always help.

• Structuring your application not only increases the chances of acceptance but also leaves a good impression on the reviewer.

• Do not ever ask any of the staff members to check/review/accept your application anywhere even if you don’t get a response. Good chance your patience is being tested.

• ALSO MOST IMPORTANT: Use common sense.

Guide to answer descriptive questions

Why are you applying for staff on CentrixPvP?

Here you would give your reasons for becoming a staff member at the server, about why the server should select you as their staff members and not others. You are required to explain in brief about your plans which you would follow to see through. Also, do not leave the reasoning to just punishing cheaters as that is a task which generally is expected.

Do you have any previous staffing experience?
If you do not have any previous experience, it is okay but you will have to compensate in other answers. If you have ANY work experience on other minecraft networks, mentioning them along with the task you upheld will be very beneficial to your application.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Here we again learn more about you as a person and your personality where you explain your strengths and weaknesses which may assist the server or the community. It is self explanatory, but please do know that the server would gain nothing if you know how to PVP or not. Also, examples like being online for many hours or no hours as strengths and weaknesses aren’t valid at all. Please use common sense when answering this.

Any other information you feel you should add?

Leaving this question empty is fine however you SHOULD use this question to explain to the server management more information about you which couldn’t have fit in the previous responses.
